For Attendees

For Speakers

  • Submit presentation materials 48 hours in advance
  • Test audio-visual equipment beforehand
  • Prepare for 45-minute presentation + 15-minute Q&A
  • Provide handouts or reference materials
  • Share research publications if applicable
